Susy Koshkakaryan

Susy Koshkakaryan is the Founder and Principal of Koshkakaryan Law. Ms. Koshkakaryan's legal practice focuses on Personal Injury, predominantly in the areas of motor vehicle and truck accidents, motorcycle and bicycle accidents, pedestrian accidents, and slip/trip and fall injuries. Her vast experience and understanding of Insurance Defense enables her to be an aggressive negotiator and a fierce advocate for her clients.
Prior to founding Koshkakaryan Law, Ms. Koshkakaryan began her career practicing law in a regional law firm handling complex multi-party litigation in state and federal courts including insurance defense, general liability, business litigation, the defense of legal and accounting malpractice, and defense of financial professionals and advisors.
Further, Ms. Koshkakaryan represented California state and federal Judges in matters against the Commission on Judicial Performance (CJP) for allegations of ethical violations. Her experience includes the representation of numerous judges in the counties of Los Angeles, Tulare, Orange, Fresno, Riverside, San Bernardino, and San Francisco.
Subsequently, Ms. Koshkakaryan joined a national law firm focusing primarily on general liability defense. Her clients have included businesses in the retail, restaurant, franchise, automobile, and entertainment industries.
For four consecutive years, Ms. Koshkakaryan has been selected to be a member of the Southern California Rising Stars list by Super Lawyers - a designation earned by less than 2.5% of attorneys in the state. She is also nationally ranked "Top 10 Under 40" by the National Academy of Criminal Defense Attorneys. Further, she was selected for “Southern California's Top Young Attorneys” as well as “Top Lawyers of Southern California” as published in the Los Angeles Magazine. In 2022, she was recognized as an Elite Lawyer in personal injury and criminal defense. Most recently, Ms. Koshkakaryan earned the recognition of “Litigator of The Year” by the American Institute of Trial Lawyers.
Ms. Koshkakaryan is licensed to practice law in all state courts of California as well as Federal courts.
